What’s it going to cost?
The monthly amount you’ll pay is based on how many days per week you want to use the space. The rates are: $200/1-day; $300/2 days; $400/3 days; $500/4 days.
We are also offering weekend rates of $125/day for one day and $200/day for both Saturday and Sunday.
This sounds too good to be true — what’s the catch?
The building is not without its quirks! For example, we are responsible for taking out our trash once a week (Fridays) to the adjacent trash and recycling room, and are required to wash our own dishes daily. We are down the street from Foster and a nearby strip club (Portland much?). None of these have stopped me or the many clients from coming to love (and heal in) this nurturing oasis.
Why are you subletting now?
Due to changes in the CareOregon billing structure, I am joining a group practice part time. Regrettably this means more than half of my clients will be seen at their office, but I want to maintain my office for my private practice use. As things stand currently, that leaves 4.5 workdays available for sublet to providers who want to sign a 6 month lease with me.
